Terrible pizzas, they have been getting steadily worse for the last year. They have cut back on their toppings, i.e. only 1 cup... of cheese for a large pizza now. The rest of the toppings were so skimpy that some slices didn't have but 1 or 2 pieces of oneof the 3 toppings. I was told the only to get a pizza like they advertise or like they used to be is to pay for heavytoppings, what a joke. DON'T GO TO PIZZA HUT. Next time I leave a $20 tip, my pizza better be cut and my Mozzarella sticks crispy, with all cheese INSIDE them and not... squished, and don't place my marinara sauce in with my cinnamon sticks,,you people can check the food it takes all but 15seconds to do so. One problem I had was with the customer service from the call center which took my call.. I was put on hold for 13 minutes then... hung up on. I called back and the person at the call center ignored my displeasure with being on hold for so long and hung upon. Instead of acknowledging it and apologizing they just transferred me to their nearest store location. The person at thestore in federal way (military road) did a great job, his name was Bryce and his customer service outweighed the negativeexperience I just had with the call center. He listened, spoke politely and showed that he either really values the customerexperience or knows exactly what and how to say things which smooth conflict over. Read more

Good location with easy access. Aside from that, the staff is friendly and the prices are as expected. Unfortunately, I gotta... take a star due to their inability to deliver on time. I've ordered from this particular Pizza Hut twice now and both times thepizza was over 20 minutes late. Now here's the kicker. Both times it was an in store pick up, not delivery! I arrived on timethen waited 20 minutes. Ordinarily this alone would have cost the business 2 stars at least but in this case they only lose 1star because both times the store manager (different manager each time) recognized the inconvenience and discounted the meal.
