My first experience left much to be desired from them. A different Starbucks reported my card lost or stolen even though I was... using an app on my phone. I was unaware of this and went to us it at their restaurant. The barrista was nice about but themanager (of all people) was pretty aggressive and suspicious. When I got the situation fixed by the Starbucks headquarters theyinformed me that the erroneous reporting happens sometimes with people who are unfamiliar with the register. Anyways, I thoughtthe manager could have been better. I have used them since and it's a mixed bag for sure. I come here nearly every morning either on my way to work or with my daughter on my days off. We love the employees so much!... They know my drink and my name and they always treat my daughter so well. And of course we love the drinks and especially thecake pops. ????The stars rewards program is amazing and I?ve become a little obsessed with the cups I get with them. Lol. I ordered a dragon drink and it started to separate the second I got it. I know coconut milk separates after 5-10 minutes but... this was instant. So I had it remade and it looked like the guy just went back and shook it because it looked the same and ittook 10 seconds. Everyone makes mistakes but the fact that he didn?t remake it the right way and you can taste the lemonade. SirI did not want that I am disappointed and unsatisfied.
