They restored this heritage building and it?s simply beautiful! A must see! Each year, I make beer advent calendars for friends (at cost). This year, I made 24 and so ordered two cases from 12 breweries... around Ontario. I cannot recommend Fenelon Falls Brewery. I ordered from 7 breweries on October 30, and received their productone week after I had all 6 of the other shipments. Upon opening the cases, I found that I had a case with a production code of'11D22' (April), and a case with a packaging date of 01/03/2022. These cases were a Mexican Lager and a Golden Ale. I sent anemail, and did not get in touch with anyone until one week later after following up a couple times. I expected a shocked anapologetic response when I pointed out that they sold me beer a minimum of 8 months old, but instead received a response of "webelieve in the quality of our product". I was instructed to try a beer, and call back if I wasn't happy. I tried it, did notthink it tasted fresh, and called back the company whose website tells customers to "Buy Fenelon beer direct from our breweryand enjoy the freshest beer possible,". I was then told I could return the product but would need to pay the shippingcost. They eventually offered to cover the shipping cost to return the beer, (more than 3 weeks after my original order) but Iwould need to leave it on my front porch unsupervised all day for pick up.
