A great country-style restaurant featuring a lot of options from the Crane?s U-Pick next door. From endless apple cider to warm... pie flights, you?ll leave here full and happy. Their food is simple and doesn?t try to overachieve or add too many frills. Butbe sure to get here earlier than you?re hoping to eat, especially during peak harvest season! Not sure why this place has only a 4.5 when it should easily be a 4.8 or 4.9. Restaurant and bakery is very easy to find but... note that the pick and patch is not open year round. Outdoor seating available and dog friendly! Food was absolutelydelicious. We got the turkey pesto melt, apple gruyre French toast, and a donut plus scone. The baked goods will change yourlife. Came here on a Saturday, arrived right before closing time. Staff was super nice and helpful considering! We did pie and wine... flights (yummy!!) and ended up buying a rhubarb pie and a wine. It's a really unique place with different options. I'd love togo back! Read more
This gem is located in the South West part of Michigan State. We had a very nice lunch, I had the tuna melt sandwich and my wife... had the pot roast with pita and feta cheese dip. We really liked both sandwiches but not so much the pita dip. To drink we orderhot cider which was delicious! We bought a white wine Chardonnay and took a few pictures outside. Really -5 stars. I bought an apple crisp pie on October 5, 2022. The girl, Erica E, rang my purchase up and handed me the pie. I... had bought pies here before and did not think to look in the pie box. I traveled home to LaPorte, IN and found a burnt pie. Icalled today and was given the excuse that the girl was new. Even a 10 year old would have said, ugh, a burnt pie. No one hascalled me back, so I guess this is there new gold standard. Pictures included. Buyer beware, $21.00 of a burnt mess. Read more
