I came in this evening to pick up a GrubHub for a customer and the restaurant was completely empty. Two workers came out from... the back and I told them what I was there for and I was told it would only be 2 mins before it would be ready. 15 mins later, noorder. I ask again. I'm told 2 mins. After 5 more minutes I had to leave. I am disappointed honestly. I really like JoeBacardi's and it's a disappointment that the employees want to stand around on their phones instead of helping the customers.They are slacking but I hope soon things will turn around. Thought we would try for a change. Ordered online, and think there may of been a mistake with the restaurant reading the order.... Not a fan of st louis style cheese on pizza. So substituted with mozzarella, we got st louis cheese. Also payed extra forsausage and put comment in to substitute it for the hamburger. We got all hamburger. The salad for 450 was pretty much alllettuce..For a small salad and small pizza for 30 dollars , which I don't mind paying, but it should be correct. Justdisappointing, didn't eat much. Read more
We were there on Monday night and were greater as soon as we walked in the door. The waitress was fantastic! She was very... friendly and was always checking to see if we needed anything. The food was good, exactly how we ordered it and fast. Althoughthe place is small the service was great which is hard to find these days. Read more
