I just don't understand these places nowadays. Imagine a fast food restaurant that charges you almost 6 bucks for a sandwich... that should have cost around two bucks because it's so small and insignificant. That's what you get with checkers. Their meat isweirdly chewy, their burgers are small, and frankly the only thing worth buying a checkers is their fries. I'm reallydisappointed in this place. I used to love their fries and their combos used to be affordable but now they're combos are almost10 bucks. I can go down to the local Burger joint and get a handcraft Burger for 10 bucks. Sandy, Brittney and Carlos all work well together, special shout out to Sandy she is awesome, customer service goes a longggg... way nowadays even in the fast food industry..... with my schedule I work a lot and tend to eat fast food often, most of the timeyou pull up to the window and it is someone with an attitude that's the last thing you wanna deal with right before u go homeafter working a 12 hour shift, Sandy understands that and in such a short time she took great care of me. This is the worst of customer service I have ever had! Over half an hour just to get my order. After waiting in line for an... extra 15 minutes. A 45 minutes waste. Don't waste your time. There was ppl leaving the drive thru because of all the waiting.There wasnt any type of HiC, teas or non soda. So I asked for my food and employee gave me attitude because I was requesting myfood. SUPER rude lady working the drive thru! Yelled at me and kept screaming totals at me when I tried to order, and when she yelled... a total and I asked to add more items on I got major attitude. She yelled a total at me like 3 times before I was done ordering.Tried to use my app to redeem some points and she yelled me when I gave her the screen to scan, and got mad when I asked her toconfirm the price.
