Worst Chipotle I have ever been to! I came in at 9 PM on 9/03 and both bathrooms were blocked from customers. I asked if I could... use the restroom when I was at the register. The girl at the register said she was a training and she didn't know. When hertrainer came back, she asked if I could use the bathroom. Her exact word was: "nope," and she walked away. I said, I am sorry.That's not the way to treat your customers, and you are supposed to have a working bathroom if you are serving food, that's aFlorida's regulation. She blamed it on her manager creating that policy. They were also cleaning up the grill 2 hours beforeclosing time with a bunch of items, they didn't have any steak left. If cleaning the store with customers still dining to kickeveryone out, so they could leave earlier is a policy set by their manager, or if she/he knows what's going on and doing nothingabout it. After returning home from a medical procedure and unable to drive I ordered my dinner. The dinner arrived within 30 minutes. ... The quesadilla was hard and cold. The brown rice was undercooked and very hard and cold. The pinto beans were so dry and crusty. My apple and grapefruit juices were missing. I Was informed by their customer service that I would need to pay another deliveryfee if i wanted my food. They would only refund price of the drinks. WASTE. Of $ 38.00. Great place if you like eating plastic! Found the corner of a bag in my mouth. That was not pleasant. So I called the store I... bought it from. But after 10 minutes of automated menus I find out our no one answers the phone there. So I sent a message andgot to talk to their computer there too before I finally got a person who didn?t even apologize until I shamed them into it. Inthe end they refunded my purchase. This place is very good first time trying it and I was very impressed, very friendly staff and very decent food, the bowls are... very delicious the rice the bean the green sauce, only thing I don?t like was the plant based meat has a very weird after taste,the poco the gallo is very basic and bland, the guacamole is very good and tasty. The cheese dip was horrible synthetic cheesebland and very bad quality, the chips are very oily and not good at all, I?ll be back but I won?t get the thing I didn?t likeagain, I would recommend this place is you like healthy bowl the others things I don?t recommend at all, to me not originalMexican food!
