This is the third time that I?ve gotten old chicken drenched in gravy disguised as a famous bowl?.
KFC - regular restaurant with dine-in and drive thru. Not expensive. Order ahead available using KFC app. Drive thru is narrow... - do not expect to be able to get out of line. There are holes/drop-offs at the edge of the drive thru lane. Pay attention tothem but easy to avoid. *Note - this location no longer offers buffet. Read more
Chicken was hot and good but I think prices were higher than usual. I asked for water for my drink and usual I get a. large cup... of water but this time I was given bottled water and charged for it. The staff were very nice but the Cole slaw and mashedpotatoes ere not very good. We love KFC but were disappointed today. Read more
the lady at the window was beyond rude. Every question was no. They did not change the order. We coukd not add to the order..... She never asked what sides juat gave us whatever they wanted. Very blunt customer service was the worst. Food was cold and old.Biscuits hard. No napkins asked about kid meal's juice she stated it was in the box. A lie. Just awful. Read more
