This Panera is lower quality than others. The food is on the same level mostly, but the staff are less customer focused, the... dining area is consistently less clean, and the outside of the building has very obvious maintenance needs. It's not what you'dexpect from Panera. For the prices they charge, I'd rather eat elsewhere since the experience is degraded so much at thislocation. This location has a drive thru, but don't think you'll save any time. Expect to spend about 5 minutes per car. There is space for 3 cars in front of you if you are at the speaker box. So even if you pull up to the speaker right away, it'sprobably still 15 minutes before you get to the window. If you're 1 car from the speaker, you're 20 minutes from the window. Read more
I wish I lived closer. This is my favorite Bread Co. in the STL suburbs. Employees are great and I never have any issues with my... orders. I have the coffee subscription so I like to get a large iced coffee during every visit. I like to add cinnamon to mycoffee and this is the only store that always has cinnamon out every time I visit, so that?s a bonus point. Read more
