I usually don?t write bad reviews, but this is my second or third time going to this brand new Burger King I order two whoppers... with cheese fresh off the broiler and I go home. They did not cook it fresh. There was no lettuce on the burgers when Iapproached the manager, she was very rude disrespectful, and at first refused to refund me my money. I order. 15 minutes later, get to the first window. There is a sign in that window that says do not proceed to the next window... until we wave you forward. I sit there for 20 minutes. I honk. Someone in the 2nd window makes a stop sign with their hand. Iwait 5 more minutes then walk up. They say they are understaffed. Cool, whatever. Why do I have to wait back at the firstwindow? This place had the worst drive-thru employee I have ever seen. I have never had an issue with any Burger King until now. This... girl had me make a line of cars behind me drive backward so I could move back and sit at the first window for 15 minutes, thenhad me drive forward again to pay and pick up my meal. When I asked her why she had all of the cars move back, she said,"Because the timer starts when you pull up to this window." I assume she didn't want any higher-ups knowing how long each carwas waiting in the drive-thru for their meal; 35 minutes. Then, she got my order wrong. When I explained to her what I hadordered, she argued with me about what I asked for. It's hard to hear at the drive-thru, so mistakes are understandable. My family and I dined-in at this burger king for lunch. The lobby was very clean, staff was friendly, we were greeted by the... store manager Rebecca, and the food was fresh and delicious. Waited in the drive thru after ordering for over 30 mins to get to the window after seeing two cars pull away. Pulled up to the... window only for the woman to proceed to cash me out and ask me to pull infront of the building for only 2 Whoppers. Proceeded tosit there and wait for my 2 Whoppers for another 20 mins I watched as she took orders to the cars after me and still didn'treceive my order and had to drive back through the drive thru to remind them of my order again and proceeded to take overanother 15 mins when there was no one else infront of me. Been the horrible wait time, the unfriendly customer service Im nothappy to call this a fast paced restaurant. It shouldn't take almost an hour to get 2 Whoppers out of your drive-thru. Read more
