We ordered 9 sandwiches for our sales staff and got 4 delivered and they forgot to send the other 5 subs. After waiting on hold... for 10 minutes, They told me i could drive from tacoma to Fife to pick them up. The Acting Manager told me its because all theyhave is New employees working. Well maybe they should train there employess prior to puting them to work.. We will NEVER EATHERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST THAT NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER... Worst Customer service EVER... Read more
I enjoy Jersey Mikes in my home state so I thought it was a good ideas to try it in Fife Washington. What a mistake! The... customer service is horrible. The staff is bad mouthing the manager. I stood in front of the counter for over 20 minutes beforeI was even acknowledged. I understand being busy and short staffed. However, I don?t understand poor attitudes. This is the 3rd time ordering, my sandwich is simple, lettuce wrap, turkey, bacon THATS IT. WELL while biting into my wrap that... they put in a tortilla and forgot the bacco I felt a tiny string and kept eating so I kept eating it, well I felt if again andlooked and in the turkey their was a long blond hair all wrapped up. Low quality food and bad service during lunch time. The manager wad very rude. He would cut my mini tuna sandwich in half but... left my cheese steak as it is without asking me then he did not even put in the bag. If i had choice for eating then i wouldhave gone to another shop but in this strip mall...no other place and starbucks is much better but it was out of allsandwiches. Went here on my lunch break today. I?ve been really sick and all I wanted was a sandwich. The older short woman was a KAREN. She... was the rudest employee I have ever met in my life. She kept questioning and talking down to me like a child for wanting what Iwant on my sandwich and kept telling me ?Well we don?t do that here.? They charged me over $10 for a regular sandwich.
