It's a Taco John's in Fillmore Utah. It's on the north side of I-15 exit 193 at a new Love's Truck stop. Taco John's has its own... drive through window and entrance. The food is just as good as I remember. I saw a breakfast menu also. The Love's Truck stop isnew, big and clean. Cost of fuel was much cheaper than SL or Davis County. 11.25.22 Read more
This Taco John is the first Taco John that we saw on a road trip from So Cal, so we had to stop. I was told it was fairly new... too. I asked for taco with no meat. I asked to substitute cheese since I was technically paying for the meat any way. The cashier DID... tell the girl preparing the food my request. I got lettuce tacos. This is not rocket science! Read more
