I was given another person's order instead of mine in the drive thru and didn't realize it until I got home. Called the store to... resolve the problem and couldn't even talk to a live person, just a robot. I love Chipotle, but I'm just about done with thislocation. The staff was friendly, welcoming. The restaurant was clean. Staff for getting customers through the line quickly which is... always welcome. The kitchen appeared to be clean and in order. There wasn't any bickering or speaking harshly to each otherwhich is a major problem for me. There are some Chipotle locations that I won't return to however few they are, but I would behappy to return to this restaurant. Read more
This is pathetic. I ordered Double Chicken (additional $2), Extra Cheese, and Extra Sour Cream (among other things) and this is... how ?full? the bowl was. I also did not get my chips, but thank goodness I got cold Queso. Read more
