Might want to get better employees who know how to make quality orders in a reasonable time? Also the employees are rude I had... an online order so I pulled to the window and the guy says (what?s up?) so with that side I probably won?t come to this locationthat often cause it?s never a pleasant experience?. This is my last straw. The employees there who get my order wrong 90% of the time(along with everyone else's) are so RUDE. I... ordered ONE coffee and an order of 10 pre-made munchins. I was there for 25 minutes waiting, for the order to be made the last 3minutes after I asked to get my money back. As i was the only person in the building, the "red" hair girl who took my orderliterally took the order and proceded to clean up spilled milk for I'm not kidding you, 15 minutes straight. I asked her howlong she'd think it would be very kindly after I watched her clean up this milk and she says "I'll get to it" and goes back tocleaning up the milk... because it's still not cleaned up ???????? don't get me wrong I'm not against wasting some time everynow and then but ya gotta make sure customers aren't waiting on you????. These girls straight up do not care if you get theright order or even if you get an order. Super sad to see, as it is a coffee shop and seniors frequent there. Read more
I go to Dunkin a lot since it has a drive-thru, but that by no means equals that it?s quick. There?s been multiple occasions... where I?ve been waiting in line for over an hour, and a couple of those times they sent me to the 2nd window and somehow forgotwe where there and forgot our order. Another issue I have is that the quality of my drink is always a gamble. Some days it?sgreat, other times it?s completely off and watered down. I think this place, like a lot of other places, suffers from staffingshortages and issues. So I do understand things happen, but this is has become the norm here. You?re better off just going toCafe Amici downtown. It?s around the same price, plus the quality and service is superb. You?ll even save time driving downtownand walking in instead of going through Dunkin? drive-thru, that I can guarantee. Read more

At 11:26am I ordered a iced coffee and egg bites at the drive through, pulled up paid got the drink, and was told to go to the... next window for the egg bites. Waited at the next window 11 minutes. No on ever came to the window. Drove my car to a parkingspot and went in to inquire about the egg bites.....no other customers are inside.... the employees (4) stood there and justlooked at me, one finally went to the order ahead pick up area and got the egg bites. Barely a sorry was given. When I askedto speak to the manager, one of the other employees stated that she was the manager, I then inquired was anyone ever going to goto the window and ask what I was waiting for ....her answer was an eye roll. Never again. I see from reading other reviewsthat this is more the standard vs. the exception for this mismanaged location. Read more
