This was our second time eating at Fins and we absolutely adore it. Fantastic food and prompt service every time! Make sure to... book a table before you go. It seems that the place is either packed or deserted, with no in between! Read more

Maybe the patio was full but it took 15 minutes to seat us with only two other tables filled inside. Took 20 minutes to find out... there was no makings for bloody Marys, and 15 minutes to get a martini instead. One bartender on Friday. An hour to get ourfood. The baked potato wasn't warm enough to melt the butter, the veggies were cold. At least the swordfish was excellent.Everyone in the party said their fish was also excellent. It was our 40th anniversary and we would have liked to had some morecocktails, just took too long. For the price and poor bar, probably won't go back. Read more

Nice place. Somewhat good setting with both inside and outside seating. Staff was really nice and service was great. Nice draft... selection with a good variety pilsners, ipas, wheats, and fruity selections. Kumamoto Oysters we?re very very disappointing.Came with a 20 dollar price tag for 6 oysters and 3 of the 6 were smaller than the tip of my pinky finger. 2 of the 6 that wereshucked had shells in them. Should have gone with the blue points. Ordered special Kona coffee 14oz ribeye with shrimp and steakwas completely covered in ground coffee beans and came out completely rare as if it wasn?t cooked. No salt, no pepper or otherseasoning. Shrimp weren?t well seasoned as well and were hard being over cooked. Should have probably gone with more more of afish selection since they seemed to have a good selection of fish on the menu. Read more

Restaurant is cozy but also very busy. The lighting was a little weird. Dim lighting but the light placement itself made it hard... to see the other people at the table. Overall good food and service ! Read more

Server Tanya was great....you can tell the place was short handed as most are these days but she did a great job. Food was... fantastic. Started with the calamari which was the best I have had since I was in South Africa. Had the Walleye special whichI had hoped it was more fresh but looked more like a frozen triangle cut of fish....in any case its coating was great, not heavygreasy like most fried fish and flavor was great. Served with homemade dill tarter was an added bonus. The side of broccoliwas almost a half head and was perfectly steamed. Topped of with a nice cab, it was a perfect meal. Thank you, I will be backon next visit to Findlay. Read more
