Had heard good things about this winery from a friend and decided to to with a few close friends. The location surprised me at... first as it just popped up, but the actual venue is gorgeous. It was too windy to utilize the outside seating, but the setupoutside was super pretty and the inside had the best rustic and classy feel. I was greeted immediately and felt at home. I satat the bar and got split a bottle of the Khaleesi, a flight of wine, and another glass of wine. My server Carly was superattentive and helped recommend great pairing between wine and food. Their chocolate cake is to die for. Additionally, Ashlee themanager was very helpful with any questions I had regarding different wine choices and what I might like based on my tastepreferences. Sadly I had to leave before the live music started, but I will definitely be back to enjoy the music and greatcompany at this fantastic winery. Read more

We hosted a surprise birthday party at Gillig and cannot say enough good things about the experience. The communication from... Gillig was excellent throughout the entire process leading up to the party, the prices were very reasonable, the food and drinkswere delicious, and the staff (especially Megan!) who helped out during the event made sure everything ran smoothly. The room weused was a very nice space and the perfect spot for our party, and all of our guests were impressed by the accommodations. AFindlay gem! Read more
