We haven't been to Olive Garden in a while. Our server, Jordan, was incredible!! He informed us up front that they were short... staffed and only had one cook on a Saturday evening! You would never know they were short staffed! Jordan was so nice, funny andchecked on us often. In this day and age of everyone complaining about everything, especially in the service industry, thiswas so awesome to have waitstaff like Jordan, even when you know they are short handed. A friend and I came to Olive Garden for a quick lunch Saturday afternoon. We were greeted warmly, had a bit of a wait, but... seated pretty quickly. Our server, told us he was usually taking care of the bar, but had tables that afternoon. He did anamazing job! He checked several times to make sure our waters were filled and that our food tasted good. I believe his name wasBrian. Our food was soooo good! Piping hot, the salad and bread sticks were super good as well. At the end of our visit, ourwaiter gave both of us a couple Andes mints instead of leaving a few in the little book with the check. I ordered the lasagna. The edges were a little crunchy. So it might have set around and dried out a little bit. But overall no... complaints on the food.
