So going by the taste, but some of the order on 7/20 was incorrect. I didn't go back due to me living in Owings Mills. My wife... ordered the French dip, but it was missing the dip. I ordered a large, but didn't get large fries or the crinkle cut fries Iordered. Somehow it got changed to curly. The two apple pies I ordered were actually cherry ????. My kids orders werecorrect. I work near here and its basically the only place to get food at lunch time. They just opened up the inside again (you would... think that would mean they had enough workers to work that but NO only 2 people working) I don't get long for lunch time. Only30 mins but to count in the time it takes to get there and back to work I basically get 20 mins to order and eat. Today I wentin for lunch. Waited in a line of 5 people to order. When it was my turn to order the person left the counter and went aboutdoing something else. I was the last person in line! Then once I finally order my lunch time was already half over. I thenwaited until the time I had to leave just to get my food. I originally ordered dine in because I had planned to eat there. Whengetting my food I asked for a to-go bag since I had to rush back to work and now had no time to eat. The person who waited on memade the comment that when I ordered he asked me if I wanted it for here or to go and I told him here. I told him that due tothe long wait I no longer have time to eat and have to rush back to work. After he went about explaining to me the situation ofonly having two workers he got me a bag. I threw my food in and ran back to work. Now I have to skip eating my lunch becauseArby's is short staffed. I was the last in line, why wouldn't you have just took my order? Should have just went through thedrive through at this point but I can promise you, I will NEVER return to this location. Just got food from there today. My husband opened his slider and a giant fly came out of it. I seriously thought I was in a... horror movie it was the worst thing I've ever seen in my life it was like stuck to the cheese and when he opened it it got unstuck and came out.
