The place is well kept and the cookies are beautifully done. But the cookies are just raw. It's so disappointing to have such a... good idea for a cookie be ruined by raw dough. This isn't even "ooey gooey," this is raw cookie dough. Read more
I have tried this fan favorite several times and unfortunately do not enjoy the cookies. The taste is similar to those you get... in the grocery store, the flavors are weak and the texture is similar to underbaked. As an example, I could not taste peanutbutter in the peanut butter cookie or lemon in the lemon cookie. Sugar alone just doesn't create flavor--ingredients really domatter. As I watch the high schoolers subbing in for bakers, I choose to support a locally owned bakery with professionallytrained bakers. It may be an unpopular opinion, but its also one of the reasons the cookies from a real bakery taste so muchbetter. Methods used affect the final product just as much as the ingredients. Had to update my rating on this one. We were a little disappointed in the Carmel location since they seemed to be skimping on... the frosting/toppings lately and went back to the fishers location for the festival week cookies. The doughnut and cotton candywere VERY under baked (emphasis on the DOUGH), the cotton candy was missing a chunk of frosting, and the fried ice cream hasjust a few corn flakes sprinkled on instead of being covered like it was advertised. Our kids turned us on to this place. Since then we've been back multiple times. The app is super easy to use, cookies are... amazing, staff is friendly...nothing bad to say. Love how they've created such a cool vibe with their social media as well, andchange their cookies weekly. Read more

This review is a long time coming. We have had cookies from here several times, multiple weeks, over the course of several... months. Each time we order, we are not disappointed. I have a family of four and we are usually ordering different items just sothat we can taste the other persons selection. The cookies are always warm, sometimes too delicate but not worth the negativereview. The only negative thing that happened is that we waited an additional 25 minutes for cookies that should have beenready, instantaneously. I literally had to call inside to see why our purchase had not been brought out curbside. Either way goout and try it pretty amazing. I'm giving four stars instead of five because of the experience, it has nothing to do with theactual taste of the cookies because they are spot-on and they have never missed. Edit...
