If I was able to leave -0- stars, I would. After placing my order and getting curious after 40 min, I tracked my order that... said it was being ?prepared?. Giving the establishment the benefit of the doubt of possibly being busy, I waited 20 min beforechecking again, ?being prepared?. I tried calling, the recording said my order was being made, but then another recording cameon saying the business hours(stating they were supposed to be open) but then the recording said ?I?m sorry, we are closed????.What in the world????!!!!! No email saying this? No notice on the app stating this!!??!! They just happily took my money,meanwhile closed and I am waiting to feed a family and thank god looked into it and made very quick other arrangements!! Theywill NEVER get any business from me and I would strongly encourage other places of business before this one, unfortunately. Read more
I didn?t order pizza but one of my neighbors did. Instead of using the culdesac another 200 feet down the road to turn around,... who ever drives a Ford Flex decided to use my yard during a rain storm. Left some nice tire tracks. Stupid award goes to himtoday. Read more
Ordered 2 online pizzas, one customized, one not for pickup, hit checkout and it asked if I wanted garlic butter, then banana... pepper. I said yes. Went in and opened my box and the customized had banana peppers all over it. I stated I didn't order this asa topping to the cashier. The cook walks over to us and says what's the issue? The cashier explains and the cook ask if Iordered online or by phone. I said online (which he already knew) he says, "so because of your inability to correctly do anonline order I should make you another pizza, which I can do because of your mistake because I'm not taking the blame.?" I said," I'm not blaming you, it appears to be misleading on the online side, he interrupts and says, so do you want a new pizzabecause of your mistake or not? I said no I want my credit card back and I'll leave. He says, don't ever come back here. I saidper your attitude I won't. He stated " I got it from you and you can take it back home with you. I asked for his name which herefused to give. He asked for my home address which I reminded him, is in his system. I said I would leave a review and I willbe calling corporate. Read more
First and last time trying Domino's in Fishers! Ordered pizza online at 6:12. Order confirmed - delivery in 47 mins. After 90... mins. tried calling store location with number listed online. On hold for 32 mins. Drove to store and when I walked in Donavon -supposedly the manager - had an immediate attitude and said you must have a delivery order. Before I could even speak he gotdefensive, telling me they have 2 drivers for the whole store and he can't help it it is late and I wasn't calling their store,the number is for the Dominos call center . When I tried to ask why did we receive order confirmation it'd be delivered in 47mins he went off about "I should just try working there cause you'd quit and they don't even do delivery". It was just the worstin customer service I have ever seen. Do NOT waste your time trying to get a pizza from this location! It won't be open muchlonger with service like they are providing. Read more
