The cake was pretty good, that's why this isn't a single star.....but they will not give you a fork! If you pay as much as they... ask the least they could do was give you a fork to eat it with. If not giving forks is their way of cutting costs they will cutoff alot of customers for the whole five cents a fork would cost them. Terrible customer service. Read more

First off , I want to say this place has amazing cake ! Secondly , I missed my pick up time slot on a Saturday. By the time I... realized it was to late and they had closed. My daughters Birthday was on Sunday and they are closed on Sunday. I was in a Hugepanic. I emailed the store and had fingers crossed they would see the email in time. THANKFULLY they did !
