I?ve never dined in here, but if their food is anything close to how good their coffee is, then it has to be special! Their... flagship Blue Note blend coffee is fantastic and advertised correctly with the blueberry, floral and chocolate notes. Not tomention, all their rotating single origins are amazing and spot on in terms of tasting notes. If you like light to medium roastcoffees with some of the flavor profiles inherent to the best coffee regions around the world, you?ll love this place. Thepeople working here are top notch as well. Best pour over coffees I've found. I travel all over the US and always look for a good pour over, but have never found anything... as good and as consistent as The Well. They mostly use Chemex and occasionally a V60. They take the time to correctly dialin their coffees. I've occasionally had a seasonal latte style coffee and have been equally impressed. If you are just lookingfor a good drip coffee, they deliver one them as well. But.. have I mentioned that I highly recommend the pour over! Takethe time to sit down and enjoy it. Read more
