Went to this store this morning and was given the wrong EVERYTHING. Asked for a double bacon, and cheese got a bacon egg and... cheese. They charged me for an extra sandwich when they made the correct one and left the one we cant eat due to allergy. Eggand cheese on english muffin? Nope they put it on a bagel. 10 chocolate munchkins? Nope 10 glazed. Unfortunately when you havean extremely picky toddler that 10 glazed vs chocolate is a big deal. I am so frustrated. $30 and a $2 tip to get the wrongEVERYTHING. This store is seriously awful. Let me be clear that I don't mean Dunkin' overall, just this specific location. I've gone... multiple times to find them closed before closing time, or they're unable to make my sandwich because the oven is off, but thiswas a new low. In my most recent trip to this store, they took my mobile order, took my money, then told me they couldn't makemy drinks because they were cleaning the machine. Not a huge deal, right? I want my refund. Nope, can't have your refundbecause "we don't have manager's numbers". Then they told me that all they could do was give me " the ticket", which i couldtake to some other Dunkin' location and they "should be able" to make it for me ???? got my drinks across town 20 minutes later.So much for saving time by using the mobile order feature. I always have my drink made perfectly and this morning I forgot to order my latte with... almond milk so I went back to ask if I could have my drink made again and the woman in the drive thru window was so uncommonlykind and she gave me a free donut even though it was totally my fault that I didn?t order my drink right.
