Disappointed. Burnt Ends appetizer. I ordered fresh brisket from other places, always asked for the side/corner, b/c I like... "fat" part of it. And I was always getting meat that is falling apart in one touch, soft and juicy. Their description says: "thefattier corners of the brisket" ... There was only 20% of the "fattier corners". The rest was hard like a rock, unchewable, Ieven asked for a ranch dressing to make it softer. But still felt like I'm CHEWING A WIRE! I threw it away. Couldn't finish it.Sadly spent $14 for nothing. I can get better meat for these money somewhere else. Looks like they use old unsold brisket meatfor their appetizer and charge for this old meat too much! Sad, bc I thought I found my delicacy here that no one else has. I'mleaving 4 stars in hope they will change it. And because overall atmosphere was warm. Every time I'm there I get prompt fastservice: from server and bartenders. I feel welcomed there. I like their house Sparkling Wine. Read more

Quiet outdoor seating & a spacious bar inside. Usually fairly busy without being overwhelming, anywhere between 2 & 8 pm.... Brisket tacos & all smokehouse options have great flavor. The hot, house made, wing sauce is amazing. Read more

Stopped for late lunch/early dinner. Large selection of beer (pic is only 3 pages of 4) and mixed drinks and wine. Food menu... selection to satisfy any appetite and portions are plenty. Got the slider mix which had chicken, pulled pork and brisket. Pluschips or fries. All were very good but saved the brisket for last which I like the best. Service was very good Read more

I went to the Thirsty Goat on a Friday night with some friends. It was fairly busy, but we were seated right away which was... nice. The service was not great. When deciding if we wanted to order food or drinks right away, our server just straight up leftthe table just as we were about to order. It was nice that the food came out fairly quickly, but overall, the food was notgreat. For $20 salmon, I expected it to be good, but it was dry and overcooked. Overall, just not a great experience. Alsoforgot to mention that it is extremely dark in the restaurant. I almost needed a flashlight to see the menu. Read more

I got a pulled pork sandwich, it came loaded with pork. I had a ton of leftover pork. Nevertheless, it was quite appetizing! For... the side, I got some kind of potato chips, which were salty and crunchy. I got the chipotle sauce along side the sandwich, andit is quite spicy. Don't say I didn't warn you. Overall, the Thirsty Goat has an amazing pulled pork sandwich, and it was donerelatively quickly as well. Read more
