Our server was super nice! She even kindly accommodated my low novice Chinese. The atmosphere was relatively calm. It was clean,... except I didn't check out the restroom. The food was disappointing. I've live in China and know how amazing the food can be.There was a lack of spices used, and the fried rice was rancid. Read more
I love eating here at lunch, they are so fast. Food comes out hot and its never a miss. Small little restaurant but they know... how to turn tables which is awesome. As soon as you sit down you are given hot tea, then you order, then soups. I've never beenhere in the evening but I would think they know what they are doing to have the same speed with good service. Very disappointed, food had no flavor and the chow mein noodles were over cooked and flat, if I remember correctly the noodles... used to be round, lol. The fried rice was under cooked as well, bit into a few that were pretty dry and crunchy. The quality hasdefinitely declined since the last time I was here. But the price has seemed to increase, paid 50 dollars for 2 entrees thatcame with a small side of undercooked fried rice. Picking up was great, staff was friendly and the food was on-time. I did notbother calling to return or ask for a refund as I had driven 15 miles one way just to pick up. I took it as a $50 lesson learnedto not eat here again. Read more
Never ,ever do I leave reviews. But this was hands down the worst Chinese food I?ve ever had. Spent $60, brought the food home... to my family. Not one person ate their food. Literally nothing had flavor or was edible. Called the restaurant and told themabout the Issue. The only way they would give us our money back is if we brought all the food back that I just drove down tocottonwood. We paid by card mind you and I offered to send pictures of the inedible food. Was told sorry have to drive all thefood back because they don?t ?waste food? so do they plan on reusing it ????? staff was nice when I showed up for pickup. That?sabout all they got going for them.
