I haven?t been here since the restaurant changed management and changed their entire menu a few years back. (I had frequented... this establishment since the 1980?s before my hiatus.) After my experience this time, I will not be coming back. Our waitresswas less than helpful. She just took our order and that was the last time she stopped at our table. She messed up on our drinkorder and did not make corrections. She did acknowledge she forgot something and said she would get it, but she just went to thenext table and took their order and never came back. The bus boys were more helpful than our waitress. They were great! Theyboth keep our drinks full and made sure everything was going good. We ended up tipping them both and not the person who justtook our order and forgot about our table. At least the margarita let me relax a bit. Read more
I think I had this place many moons ago but can't remember as the inside looks different as well as the menu. They were kind... enough to sit a party of 6 before they closed and offered excellent service till the very end. Every one worked as a team tomake sure all of our drinks were full along with the chips. The food is amazing as well and the price you pay is worth everybite. I will be definitely coming back to try the whole menu. Good job guys! Read more
Everything here is absolutely delicious! Except for one thing, the salsa..it completely blind sided me. It's tastes like pizza... squeeze, with like a hint of olive brine. I don't even know how to explain it. But reading other reviews I'm glad I'm not theonly one thrown off by it. I will admit I didn't have high hopes for the rest of the food after tasting it, but I was veryimpressed with everything else. The pork enchiladas are one of the best things I've eaten! Read more

It doesn?t matter how long it?s been between our visits to La Fonda, the food quality and taste is always beyond awesome. Our... favorites are the enchiladas and tamales. We also like the new outdoor heaters to stay warm while you wait. Margaritas weresuper tasty and as always, we will be back the next time we come to town.
