Every single time I go here I get treated very poorly. Every time I go, I get laughed at during my order, given dirty looks at... check out and my sandwiches are always smashed and fried dumped all inside the bag. I try and give them chance after chance butit seems they are all unhappy employees at this location. Every time I'm handed my food, or should I say basically shoved intomy hands, they don't stick around to ask if I need anything else they slam the window shut and turn around. I have to waitaround until they decide to turn back around to get even napkins.. ridiculous customer service. Makes me wonder if my food issafe to consume. This time it was Brianna that shoved the food in my hand. But I've had the store manager yell insults at meonce from the drive thru window as I'm driving away as well. So it's literally the whole crew. When the incident with the storemanager happened, I called the store and was hung up on. Then 20 minutes later GOT A TEXT sent to my phone from an employeespersonal number calling me "Mini Van Girl" and then that employee claimed they were the manager and apologized through text. .itwas very unsettling and creepy. It's actually a great location, WHEN THEY'RE ACTUALLY OPEN! I have found it closed more often than not, with no explanation as... to why. It's even more irritating when you consider how often they update this page and their hours. Read more
Edit: I am leaving my original review so that everyone knows of the experience.. NEW: They have made up for the error and have... been a lot better since this experience Original: Buffalo Chicken Wrap was bathed in Buffalo sauce, making it inedible... Alsothe customer service was absolutely horrid, not even a hello or a thank you. This girl didn't even look at us when she handed usour food. Read more
Went into the drive thru after 5pm. The guys says their closed. I said closed? I guess 1 person walked off the job & quit. I... wonder why? But you would think he would try to get someone else in to cover that person asap. And the last time I went to Arbysbefore. It was earlier this year and I passed it & had to turn around twice because it was pitch dark out & I drove right pastit! And when I finally got there the lights were on it was a few after 7 pm. You could see people inside standing around talkingit. They took their time to answer in the drive-thru. And to get my food. There was like 49 minutes till close. I got home thefood didn't taste good either. I feel like they were trying to make it look like they were closed.With the sign being off. Andmy food tasted like it was sitting out a long time.
