JJ is awesome! I feel bad for the workers at this one. They are so understaffed they can only stay open a few hours per day.... I've seen as few as just 2 people working at a time. That's gotta be stressful. The quality does not suffer!! Good job guys Read more
Poor service overall. The last 4/5 times I?ve ordered my order was either made wrong or I encountered an issue with the... delivery. It is not hard to drive down the street and deliver a sandwich, and I always tip 25%+ (tipped 7.32 on a 22.68 orderearlier). But today I am writing this review because I had weed trim and stems stuck to the bottom of my sandwich; this iscompletely unacceptable. Smoke all you want but if you can?t do it responsibly at work you shouldn?t do it at all. Was verydisappointed to bite into my sandwich and pull a stem out of my mouth and look at the bottom of the sandwich to see weed trimstems etc. I keep trying to give the workers the benefit of the doubt, but after continuously disappointing me and giving merude customer service when they tell me they?re closed when I call at 3 (they close at 4) I will no longer be giving this placeanything. I do not recommend this specific jimmy johns to anyone. Read more
Haha uhhhh, is this place even functional??? Most of the time when I go there, it's not open? I go around lunch time or early... dinner time. They close at 3 a lot I guess? Just went there at 3:30 and they said they had enough bread for only 2 sandwichesand couldn't even make me an unwich...so they had like no supplies apparently. I'm not sure how it's still open in general. I'vebeen nothing but disappointed with this location and was so excited when they opened a few years ago. Save yourself some timeand just go to the West road location. Read more
