The food was absolutely disgusting I couldn?t feed my family dinner one night off $35 worth of food. Called Kate the next... morning to explain what happened she told me they?d call me back treated me poorly and never returned my call. I had chickenMarsala which was bland and like rubber and water gravy. We had French onion soup with hair in it and it was very saltyinedible. They forgot my mash potatoes and the only thing that was decent was the burger and waffle fries. It?s sad that Icalled to just have the food replaced and was treated so poorly by Kate after she served me the day before. I will be disputingthis charge from my bank and I don?t recommend michaels. First time here. Steak and prime rib under done. Had to send it back. Portion sizes good. Prices fair. Drink on point
The food was good. They need to improve on the "side salad". The lettuce wasn't even chopped up. It was like they just tore it... from the head and served it. On the plus side the chili was phenomenal. It was sooo good. The weird part was the waitress neverasked if we wanted anymore drinks. Like, one was enough for us. We were a large party. Read more
