BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED TIPS. We put our yogurt on our credit card and were given a typical food establishment slip to sign that... had a space to add a tip. Since we did the work of serving our own ice cream we did not add a tip. We also neglected to writein NO TIP or to put the total at the bottom of the receipt. When our credit card posted our charge on our account there was anunauthorized tip added. We will never go back there simply because of dishonesty. Read more
This store has been receiving a lot of backlash since the inspection but they?ve worked so hard since then to make the place... clean and bug free! Inspectors gave them the okay to re-open and it looks so nice! The floors are redone and the baseboards arenew and repainted. Deserves a second chance. Their non-dairy pomberry and cotton candy swirl tastes just like the nerds candy! Read more
My family was hesitant to make the trip to this Sweetfrog location because of recent reviews. But we went anyway because my kids... wanted some foyo. Tbh the store looks clean and nice with new floor. My kids loved their new flavor Pomberry Punch. I talked toa nice young employee here about the situation, they said the manager did their best to make it clean after remodeling, so it'sunderstandable. We hope this Sweetfrog location will get better because with the pandemic going on, it's really hard as it is. Read more
