The BBQ beef sandwich I got was disappointing. The flavors created by the pit fired cooking are what I wanted, with a small... accent of sauce. The sandwich was soaked in an intensely(cheaply) flavored BBQ sauce that denied any churrascaria flavor and themeat was seemingly poached in the sauce. It was so saturated that I was tempted to send it back. The food my companion and othercustomers got seemed of higher quality so I can't really give it a negative review but just express a need for improvement onthat particular item. The service was attentive and my coffee at the end of the meal exceeded expectation. Read more

This place is amazing. I ordered the BBQ Chicken and Beef rib combo. Comes with Rice and French fried. Absolutely delicious. I... also got a cheese cake which was phenomenal. 1st I have never commented on another review but a reviewer recently stated the owner is not Portuguese based on his race???? ... Come on man....really, enough said. Flemington BBQ offers large/huge portions of Portuguese comfort food. Nothing fancy, justsimple very good food. Friendly service in a coverted gas station convenience store. Will definitely return.
