Great food but operationally speaking the online order pickup process needs attention and a revamp. Also, hard to... hear/understand the staff when they are basically sealed off from the public with only a microphone and speaker attached to theplastic enclosure. Read more

Pre Covid this place was awesome. Everything was fresh, portions were good and service was quick. The past few times we have... ordered from here over the last few months has been disappointing to say the least. The service remains quick but not only havethe prices increased, but at the same time the portions also decreased. I can accept one or the other but BOTH? That just seemsunreasonable. The bag they used to give of chips with a side was a branded brown bag with their logo on it filled with theappropriate amount of tortilla chips for the amount of the side. The new white bag of chips is significantly smaller and therewas literally only 10 tortilla chips in there. What am I supposed to do with all this dip left? Eat it with a spoon? My burritobowl was ordered with the fajita vegetables (peppers and onions)and there was two slivers of pepper and one sliver of onion.Come on! I also ordered and paid for extra chicken, but the amount of chicken on my burrito was not any more than my wife'sburrito which was not ordered with extra chicken. Flavor is still good, but if you order here, make sure you have more tortillachips in your pantry and don't opt for more meat (you will pay for it but not get it). Read more
