The line to Drive thru was long, went inside to save time- breakfast ends at 1030 and it was 1020. Ordered a breakfast and... coffee. Watched as 6 others received their orders when they ordered after. I said. "excuse me miss 3 times"...they looked at mebut never acknowledged me. 20 minutes went by and I asked again, "excuse me, could you tell me if our order is done?" Sheagain, looked at me and didnt say anything. I asked her to please see if our order was missed. She didnt answer again. But 2minutes later she came and asked for my receipt. I told her i didnt have one but our order was #290. She rolled her eyes andleft again. The manager came and asked for the receipt. I told her #290, a breakfast. Now it is 1045. She left and was gone 5minutes. (Waiting on other orders, i was watching) I got her attention and said, "please just give me the money back." Shesnarled at me and said, "maam. Im working on it." She then mumbled under her breath and went to the register. She gave me themoney for the food but not the coffee. I told her I apologize but it is cold and I need to go. She went to the back, grabbed abag (my food!!) And threw it on a counter back there. She came back and was going to refund the coffee as well and said, "i wasgoing to give you the food for free, but whatever." I said, "I'm sorry, I didnt realize that. Im just in a hurry and thought thefood wasnt ready yet or forgotten. Ill take it and dont worry about refunding the coffee. Have a blessed day." The entire time,I was respectful and kind. I know things happen. BUT the bad review is how I was treated regardless and the MANAGER'S demeanorand arrogance. She was mean to the employees as well but never have I had an experience where a manager treated a customer insuch a way- especially when it was their fault. Read more

Workers are too busy making shakes for their friends and swearing in the lobby, instead of providing paying customers their... meals in a timely manner. It should never take 20 minutes to get a Happy Meal and burger meal ready. Read more

Wanted to get a Boston cooler but they said they didn't do that so I said okay can I just get a cup of ice cream and a cup of... vernors please, she said we don't have cups of ice cream we have a sundae so I said ok fine I'll take a sundae with no toppingsjust ice cream please. So when I got to the window they had put ice in the Vernors so I said can you please just dump the iceout I was just going to put the ice cream into the pop. So she said ok and did it, well the manager or whoever started screamingat her " we don't do that!!" "You tell her we don't do that" and the young girl got the ice out and all good. I think it'sextremely rude of the manager to be screaming like that! And where we can hear what's going on. Had she had come up to me andtold ME that I would of said ok no problem maybe I can just get a new one then. Either way for management to be screaming attheir employees like that where customers can hear is extremely rude. I apologized to the young girl for getting her yelled at. Read more

Service was good and coffee was hot and fresh. Somehow they manage to mess up apple fritters and cinnamon rolls. Now I usually... stick with their apple and strawberry pies. Read more

Ridiculous service. Ordered 2 happy meals... sweet and sour.. first we didn't get any. When we asked for some we got an eye... roll and the same lady that handed us 2 happy meals gave us 1 sauce. She gave us 2 drinks and no straws... but yeah let's paythem more!! Want more.. Do more... or at least the job! Read more
