I stopped by, a friend told me they had really good cut for me. I made New York strip and Delmonico on the grill everything... turned out amazing. I stopped and again to my delight they had fresh baked pizza I also tried barbecue chicken legs and I had achef salad I have not been disappointed. Purchased New Strip Slab for $83 and got 16 steaks out of it. I cooked 12 for a family birthday dinner. Meat was extremely tough... to cut with very sharp steak knives. When chewing, it was more tough than beef jerky. Obviously, the cow that this beef camefrom was very old. That said, I will never purchase meet from this store ever again. I would recommend going to a much morebetter butcher, like Colony Markets in Grand Blanc. It does cost more, but you get what you pay for also. Read more
