Gave a One ?... because I couldn't give a ZERO ! (9:30 am) Flomaton Ala. Ordered 4 McMuffins, pulled up to next window, I was... asked to pull up in parking lot and park. I said " no thank you, no one is behind me." After 5 minutes at the window, managercame and insisted I pull up off her timer ! Very loud, Rude, with an attitude. Lissa was very rude and unprofessional (extremely ghetto if I?m technical) The other employee even agreed how she acted towards... me was uncalled for. Then I call the store and ask to speak with the manager and she was basically calling me a liar because Idon?t really remember what the girl looked like but the lady at the window told me her name so the manager basically told methey don?t care about my complaint and how I felt about the situation. At the second window I was instructed to pull out to the app pick up area, I wait about 4 minutes for my order cool, 2 minute... drive back to work no drinking straw and the sandwich and fries are cold!? Why did I have to wait for cold/old fast food!? Read more
