My husband and I are regulars at BWW, Florence, and we usually dine in or carry out. However, last night we ordered through... Door Dash. When our order arrived, the correct name was on the ticket, but the order was completely wrong... We had receivedsomeone else's order. Obviously, this prompted me to call the establishment to find out what happened. I spoke to Codi, whowent above and beyond to correct the error. Not only was she sweet and professional on the phone, she worked everything out sowe would get our order ASAP, which included delivering our order to my door herself!! There are not many people these days thatwill go out of their way for a stranger, but Codi went above and beyond last night! Would give 0 stars if I could! Waitress took our order an never came back! It took forever to get our food and it wasn't busy... nor was our order big/difficult! We finally got our food and everything was cold an i dont mean not that hot i mean coldcold,never got a refil on our drinks, I even got them to take one of the plates cuz cold wings are no good an someone else hadto help us and our waitress did bring it back an sat it down on the table...never said I'm so sorry for your wait or your coldfood or that I'm a horrible waitress but I deff spoke up about it cuz she made it clear she didn't like her job anyway andruined our experience for sure!
