We have ate at La Hacienda several times and always had great experience. We ordered to go tonight. I had requested corn... tortillas with one meal and flour with the other bc I dislike corn tortillas. When picking up order, the hostess double checkedto make sure all my order was there. I asked her are you sure there is a corn tortilla and a flour tortilla? She said YES! Whenwe got home and distributed the food, there was 2 corn and 0 flour. Disappointed but starving I called to let the hostess knowof the mistake but I was going to eat the corn bc I was hungry. She apologized and said flour was default and corn was specialrequest so she assumed one was corn and other was flour. I told her it wasn't her fault and because I was hungry i would eatthem. BUT WHEN I OPENED them to eat them.. they were literally in shredds. No way to eat them with my fajitas. So now I have toeat my fajitas with Chips and so did my husband bc his was the same way. VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTING. What could they do to thetortillas for them to do this. Definitely won't be ordering to go again. Read more
