I don?t live in Florence. I came to town for a surprise party. I was asked to get totes of coffee and hot chocolate for the... party. Panera was suggested. After looking at the catering menu online I decided to buy two totes of coffee and one tote of hotchocolate. I went to this location the day before to place my order and prepay. I was told they don?t do hot chocolate (eventhough it was offered online.) I ordered the two totes of coffee and paid for them. The next morning I called and confirmed the1:00 pick-up time. I thought all was good. I sent someone else to pick it up. He arrived at 1:00 and was told they weren?tready. They gave him one and told him they weren?t doing another one. They did give a refund for one. My pick-up person arrivedat the party with one tote. Completely unacceptable! If the order couldn?t be filled I should have been told at the time ofordering. The staff is incredibly rude. Yelled in my face when calling my name. No one to take my order. Had to use the computer. Hard to... navigate. Made the wrong order. I ate it anyways.
