Don't bother, the Hot 'n Ready pizza is dead. They kept taking and fulfilling to-go orders while their lobby was full. Told us... 15-20 mins. 45 mins later they finally gave us two pepperoni pizzas. Had the worst experience there this evening(10/22/22). From the moment we stepped in the door we were treated horribly. The... woman working, who I assume was in charge because she was yelling at the rest of the staff was nothing but rude to every singleperson waiting for their food. She was pointing and yelling at customers for no reason and made it clear that she was annoyedthat she even had customers in the store. She was yelling at the staff so badly that one of the workers asked her TWICE toplease stop yelling at them and that they were doing the best they could. We catcher her go from the front counter, where shehad been touching everything, back to making the food with out washing her hands or putting gloves on. We watched her slam oneof our pizzas down in the box ruining the whole thing..also, when we told her we were missing from our order, she gave us anattitude about that and not doing anything about it. Extremely slow. Short staffed and ordering online is a joke. 11 people waiting with no pizzas in portal but whole shelf behind... counter full of pizzas with no owners.
