The first time we came, we got a smoothie and it was amazing. We just came in for lunch and it's great!!
So visited this store today (9/5/22), the smoothies were great as always however, there was a younger Middle Eastern female who... was absolutely disrespectful to customers and her own staff. This worker was being verbally abusive towards other employees,aggressively throwing containers towards them, continously berating fellow employees in front of customers to the point of onecoworker tearing up. As a customer this is a very sad sight to see and why I avoid this location. The Crescent Springs store hasthe best customer service of any Tropical Smoothies I've been too in the greater Cincinnati area. Read more
The smoothies are awesome! Now that is very hot outside you definitely need to go and refresh yourself with some smoothie.
My first time there was today after work and I got me a Smoothie and wrap and their Smoothies are those Smoothies they make are... real Smoothies and their Buffalo Chicken Wrap was the best wrap I have ever had. I'd highly recommend the Tropical Smoothie Cafeto anyone. Their service was amazing as well as all the menu options and the staff are very friendly. Read more
