I was so impressed with this small little burger shack in a very small town. It well managed, clean, welcoming environment, and... the food is very delicious...wow. Very small place but yhe service is great...I recommend this place to anyone especiallytravelers. Read more
The hamburger was very good. Unfortunately one of the employees made a comment to one of the female customers under his/her... breath. The gentleman with the customer demanded to speak to the employee. The manager then intervened, after hearing thecomplaint went back and spoke to the employee. Returning to the customer basically saying that?s not what was said. Twothings here, I witnessed the employee that had the complaint made to him/her take an order prior to this complaint with veryrobotic motions, no personal greeting or thank you. Second, the manager should have never went to the employee and came back toreport to the customer what he/she claims he/she said. The manager should simply say, I apologize, I?ll take care of it and I?llspeak to the employee about the complaint in private.
