Amazing pretzels and are always amazing but used to go therr weekly when they were in Albany as I work across the street from... where they used to be. Spent a week in Florence and was happy to see them again as I was quite sad when they left albany so wewnt twice. Some of the best pretzels outside Portland but they are not a place to go if you want fast. Almost every order I'vehad no matter where has taken a verytime long time but it is always worth it. So to people trying ot yes it is gonna be slow butknow your wait is worth it...and on days it takes a really really long time (45 mins once for 2 pretzels and bites) they arealways great about making it right. Thank you for saving our lunch day! We tried another restaurant and we?re rudely turned away. We last second turned into your... place on the way back to our beach house and had no regrets! The best part of the experience was the tremendous aroma of fresh warm pretzels. The cheesy garlic pretzel was tasty and had... those wonderful crunchy cheese bits around the edges. The regular pretzel could have used more salt. Both were a little on thesoft, bready end of the pretzel texture spectrum. I prefer chewier, crustier pretzels.
