Authentic made to order, native Italian cuisine. This is different than most American style Italian type cooking which I grew up... on and still love but the style here is more of an Italian European persuasion. The owner/chef here is very hands on, creatingdelicate and delicious dishes with sentiments in cooking of his native Rome. The atmosphere and dress code is relaxed andcasual. The restaurant itself is small and quaint reminding me of a real Italian bistro. The staff including the owner are veryfriendly and though I was there on a busy weekend night they got it done; nothing extraordinarily long wait wise.
