Recently, my dining experience at Red Bone Alley was far different than any other experience I’ve had there. I arrived there... about 12:40 and did not leave until 2:30. We (party of 6) ordered at 1:20, and didn’t receive salads until 1:53. Shortlyafter, the other food came. The waitress, Taylor, was inattentive, unsanitary, and lackadaisical while providing us service. Wewere meticulous in our orders as many of us are frequent diners of both Red Bone and Town Hall. When the food arrived to thetable, there were several things that were wrong. Instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake, she blamed the kitchen eachtime. My meal, specifically, was the one that made the experience the worst. I ordered the fettuccine mosaic, with only shrimpand light Alfredo sauce. Taylor suggested that I get the sauce on the side for self serve. I agreed with her. When she broughtthe pasta out, the pasta was swimming in sauce. Politely, I reminded her of what I ordered and she again, blamed the kitchen. She brought another pasta to the table that was unbelievable. I will insert the picture below. Lots of noodles and the smallest, unseasoned portion of meat I’ve ever seen in any Alfredo. I requested to speak with a manager. The manager came with adefensive attitude reminding me that the meal came with both chicken and shrimp completely disregarding the real issue at hand. After showing and explaining to her the second pasta, she walked away without saying anything. Taylor, the waitress, took a verylong time to come back to our table, but was seen giving other tables stellar service. When she finally returned, she asked howthe checks would be split. I spent 2 hours without eating anything, not even the complimentary bread because she never broughtthat out after being asked. I’ve never had service like this before in any restaurant from the manager to the quality of thefood. I called back to speak to the owner (who was present at the time according to the waitress) and I wa Read more

Went based on the different reviews and other positive statements on websites. The food was bland and was something I could have... made easily in my own house. We didn't get our appetizer until after our main meal after reminding them that we'd ordered it.Then when it came our the puff pastry was raw and poorly made. They thankfully took the puff pastry off our ticket, however itdoesn't change that we were served raw food. Read more

5 stars all day long! Incredible food, service was top notch, the inside is incredible. They even have a photo booth and a small... game room. Its a easy drive off I-20 and I-95. Short 4min hop off both. We had an appetizer and 2 full meals, total was $47.Now, most people would flip at that price, WAKE UP, this is post covid twilight zone America. 47 is a great price for that muchand service. Glad we found it Read more

Service was very friendly. Food was ok, the design of the restaurant was great, will I be back, no! Why, $60 to eat less than... half of the food due to either being still frozen or overcooked. But service was very friendly. Read more

We looked at everyone's reviews before trying and it was good. We give it 3.5-4 stars. The restaurant is beautiful. We just... grabbed food for pick up but next time we will dine in. The hostess and workers were friendly and greeted me as I waited. Thereare a lot of staff shortages so calling ahead was a great option she said 20-25 minutes and it was accurate. When I called ahead she took the time to ask to double check about the wings not having sugar on them. I truly appreciated that and her excellentphone etiquette. We enjoyed their ranch house salad with bacon that came with the chicken alfredo. The portion was good and theAlfredo sauce. It would've been great with a little kick of more salt or a touch of heat. I liked the fettuccine noodles parmchicken and shrimp. It is definitely somthing I will order next time. They should put a spicy option (cajun alfredo sauce) or ifthey give it a little more salt it would suffice or send salt packets with pick ups. We also had their smoked wings and theywere good with the ranch. Some pieces were big and some small but overall good for the price and a great option for anydiabetics. A good smoked taste well worth it and it will be ordered again. Now our last item was the $5 bacon mashed potatoesand they were disgusting. There was this weird taste like horseradish or mayo. You guys have to fix the mashed potatoes add saltbutter pepper and some real potatoes. Overall the food was a great experience and we will definitely be back! Read more
