Went to get food after a long day at work. Nobody was in fhe kitchen,drive thru or front cashier. Pretty sure the cook was on... drugs due to him not being able to function properly and .ake our coworkers food correctly. Read more
Only leaving a one star because 0 isn?t possible. This location never takes orders. I?ve been here 3 times on different days and... they didn?t take my order once. I?m honestly surprised this location is still in business upper management needs to take overand do something about all of the Wendy?s in this area. I?ve been to 3 other Wendy?s just today trying to get a vanilla frostyand a fry. It?s something nostalgic for me because my grandpa and I used to get them when I was little before he was diagnosedwith dementia. I?ve worked in fast food before I know how easy it is to make both. After going to 3 different locationsincluding this one which by the way never even so much as told me that they wouldn?t be serving me they didn?t even acknowledgemy presence the drive thru window was wide open btw -?and all were ?out?. I was actually shocked that this Wendy's at 11pm didn't say that their Friday machine was down. They took it order without... incident, although I did have to park to get my order, I understand it was to keep the line moving. The food was fresh, it wasquick and it was good. we went here for a quick food stop while driving from NJ to FL, and the service was very poor. we waiting at the drive through... for at least 8 minutes before even being able to order. the person that took our order did not listen and had to be correctedmultiple times on what i requested for my order. i was also informed that they did not have chocolate frosties for the wholesummer, which i know is not true. they stated they only had strawberry. so i got strawberry since that?s all they had, but itwas already so melted by the time they gave me my food at the drive through window that i couldn?t even eat it. verydisappointed in the service and the quality of this wendy?s.
