Today we went to this Whataburger after about a year of not coming. The atmosphere is obviously different and the change is an... absolute pleasure to experience. The manager was on it the entire time, talking to customers and encouraging his staff. Thislocation now hires special needs individuals and it?s just wonderful to see how the entire team works together so well. Thepositive leadership here has really made it great to come back. Place an order on the app and waited at curbside 10 mins after the order was suppose to be ready. Finally went into the... restaurant to find out food just sitting on the counter. One burger was cold and seemed like it had been for a while. The cheeselooked like it does cold. None had melted at all! To make it worse, the fries seemed old.
