As a regular / daily customer, we have noticed a steady decline in cleanliness and service at this location. Trash receptacle... is often overflowing, seating areas are not kept clean, service slows to a crawl if ice cream or food is being asked for. Theyoften get orders incorrect. It doesn?t help the staff does not understand English. How can a coffee shop stop providing lemonsfor tea, when other DD stores in the area offer it. Read more
Unsanitary and rude. Terrible experience. This happened today. Cashier taking the order was rude - rushing me and my children,... not willing to help me get a spoon my children needed for ice cream. Then we sit down another guy comes with a broom right infront of us causing dust. I ask him if he can not do that while we are sitting he just points me to the other tables as if I?msupposed to move elsewhere when he gets closer to clean. Unsanitary and rude. Read more
Just came from this Dunkin, not only did they get our order wrong and wouldn?t take initiative and responsibility on getting the... order wrong.not only did they over priced on us on an order that shouldn?t be $20, the customer service is horrendous. 11/2/21 - 8:30pm Pit-stop on a long drive up from South Jersey. I went up to order a couple of food items and a beverage so I... wouldn't feel bad using the bathroom. There was a young and elderly man working the night shift. I can't believe how incrediblyaloof and disrespectful the younger cashier was. A for attitude. I ended up just using your bathroom because I won't providebusiness to someone who projects their own frustrations out on someone who's just asking for coffee, a donut, and a bagel.Worked at many Starbucks locations in my time and I've never met any cashier so miserable. Visited this store a few times and it?s been an horrible experience. The two ladies at register are really rude. They talk over... customers and other workers.
