In my experience, this Starbucks has always been great.. The people that work there are cordial and professional, even when... they're backed up with dozens of orders (Can't imagine working there! - busier than others from what I've heard). Had gone in aweek or so ago during a noticeably busy morning. A young woman named Juliana went above and beyond to help me, along withKristin (believe those were their names) and they both made sure I was updated frequently on the status of my drink, even withall the chaos going on in the store. Absolutely sloppy service and even worse attitude towards customer. Placed an online order for a regular black coffee .. Took... 15+ mins for them to put it on stand... Coffee was cold.. when asked for a new one, the barista refused. When asked to cancelthe order entirely, they refused. The least u expect for a $4 coffee is to be hot. Special mention to the most arrogant memberof the Starbucks staff, i have come across, "Ju****na" who was absolutely miffed at the replacement i asked for at the billingcounter. Read more
