If I could give no stars I would. My boyfriend ordered food 2 hours ago, it sat in prep for an hour and a half. He even called... the store multiple times and they hung up on him everytime. Still have not recieved the food, got our money back. Read more
I did not get my full order my pizza was smashed when I opened the Box the cheese was stuck to the top of the Box.
I order pretty consistently from this location and the service has gone down substantially since it first opened. 2+ hours for... delivery and I live 1/8 mile away ok it is what it is, but several times I?ve picked up within my window and have had to waitlonger because my PAID order sat in ?prep? for an hour until arrive at the store already agitated and have to wait longerbecause they ?have no inside runners?. 4 other people got carry out orders while I waited. When I asked what happened theemployees were very aloof and uncaring and said this happens to everyone (clearly not?). And that attitude is unacceptable thishappens to everyone shows there is a problem that needs to be addressed. I don?t think we will be going back as this downwardspiral has been consistent since they opened. I?ll give my business to Pizza Hut or Marcos much faster. Read more
Waited slightly longer in drive thru because waiting on person's order to finish in front of me. Should have a wait lane for... those not quite ready yet vs those whose orders are. Crusts were a little burnt. Other than those two things, the food was SOgood. I love Domino's. They have gotten so much better since the new CEO took over. Plus, their deals are great! I ordered 6 pizzas for an event. At the event, we noticed that the pizzas were overcooked or burnt. The store employee gave us a... customer service number to call. We left a message and the representative/manager called 2 days later (a Sunday evening) andsaid there was nothing she could do. She was very rude and hung up on me. I called back and asked for her manager?s contactinformation, she refused and she also refused to give her name. I asked for the corporate contact information and she refused togive that information as well. I will never return to this location, very poor customer service. Read more
