This was a complete failure from and Scoogis management perspective. Our family hosted my father?s funeral luncheon for over 60... people. Closing out the bill took over 1 hour of our time, making us miss key goodbyes with our guests. Scoogis credit cardprocessing could not handle checks over $3000. We tried over 8 credit cards from 3 different people, only to be told they weredenied. My credit card company confirmed it was a problem on Scoogis side. Management had no answer and continued to keep uswaiting with no updates or no manager owning the problem. After an hour of waiting, we tried processing the check in $1Kincrements and it finally worked. No apologies were given to us nor was there any customer empathy. Very very disappointing toan already tough day! To the servers and cooks ? nice job! We wish your management team had the same customer focus you did. Read more
